　詐欺師の小切手での支払いに関する手口。例えば1000万円の小切手を支払い先に渡すが、その当座預金には700万円だけしかなく、相手にお金を引き落とせないようにする。
こうしてわざと中途半端な金にして、自らは払う意思があると見せかけ、時間稼ぎをして逃げる。

　しかし、この手法を逆手に取るには、この当座口座に自ら300万円振り込んで、口座の合計額を1000万円にしてから、小切手を換金すれば、相手の700万円をおろせるのである。
